Membership Information


RCGC is a private club for members only. There is NO day pass, guest pass, or short term pass to use the club facilities available to anyone for any reason.

All members have full access to all Club facilities every day of the year during daylight hours.

RCGC offers only individual memberships.  These are granted to those individuals who have completed the application process.  An individual member's rights extend to their spouse and dependents when they are accompanied by the member. Gift memberships are not a practical option since the applicant must complete the orientation process.

To join RCGC you must first request an application from the Orientation Chairman. You will need the sponsorship of someone who has been a member for more than 90 days. After you submit your application, you will be invited to attend a 3 hour orientation session where you will pay a one-time initiation fee + annual dues. You must also bring a government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, plus eye and ear protection. When you have completed orientation and paid all fees you will be granted or denied Club membership by a vote of the Executive Board.
Currently, the one-time initiation fee is $360 and annual dues are $120/yr
., prorated monthly for new members. If you are 65 or older at orientation you pay the full initiation fee and 1/2 prorated dues. Certain disabled veterans MAY qualify to pay 1/2 the initiation fee and 1/2 prorated dues.

Fees are paid at your orientation session. We accept cash, check or money order (no credit cards). New members are probationary for 90 days.


CURRENT MEMBERS

Your 2015 dues must be received by December 31st, 2014. Annual dues are $120. Seniors 65 and older as of January 1st, and 100% Disabled Veterans pay $60. Charter Members owe a $10 insurance fee. You may pay your dues at any time for the upcoming year.

Late payments will be accepted from Jan 1st until Jan 15th with a penalty equal to 1/4th the current dues amount ($30 for Annual Members and $15 for Seniors). Members who have not renewed by January 15th will be dropped from the roster. Anyone who is dropped and wants to rejoin must reapply and pay another initiation fee plus dues.
